1. Introductory provisions
STAVOSIL s. r. o., ID No.: 08014418, VAT No.: CZ08014418, with its registered office at Štěpánská 540/7, Nové Město (Prague 2), 120 00 Prague,
registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague (hereinafter referred to as the “Lessor“), operates through the website www.avantee.cz (hereinafter referred to as the “Website“) a rental service for luxury and sports cars, water scooters, Velorex vintage cars, and JAWA motorcycles (hereinafter referred to as the “Vehicles“).
The operator of the Website is Petr Vesecký.
These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the Lessor and natural or legal persons (hereinafter referred to as the “Lessee“) who enter into a contract for the lease of a means of transport.
2. Subject of the lease
The Lessor shall allow the Lessee to use a specific means of transport in accordance with the concluded lease agreement for a fixed period.
The Lessee is obliged to pay the rent in accordance with the contract and to comply with the terms of use, in particular to operate the vehicle in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the Lessor’s instructions.
3. Deposits and payments
3.1 Upon signing the contract, the Lessee shall pay a refundable deposit, the amount of which is specified in the contract.
3.2 The deposit may be used to cover damages, penalties, fines, or other claims of the Lessor.
3.3 The deposit shall be refunded in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the contract, usually within 30 days of the proper return of the vehicle.
4. Obligations of the tenant
4.1 The Lessee undertakes:
- use the vehicle properly and in accordance with the instructions,
- not allow third parties to use it without the express consent of the Lessor,
- not participate in races, competitions, or other extreme activities with the vehicle,
- return the vehicle in the condition in which it was received (including a full tank, cleanliness, etc.).
4.2 In the event of a traffic accident or other damage, the Lessee shall be liable for the damage incurred, unless it is covered by insurance and was not caused by a third party.
5. Restrictions and specifics of use
5.1 Use of vehicles outside the territory of the Czech Republic is only possible with the prior written consent of the Lessor.
5.2 The use of water scooters is subject to current local conditions and weather conditions.
5.3 Special precautions apply to vintage vehicles (e.g., Velorex) due to their historical value and design specifications.
6. Price and payment terms
6.1 Prices are listed in the current price list published on the website www.avantee.cz.
6.2 The lessee shall pay the rental price upon taking delivery of the vehicle or in advance as agreed.
6.3 In the event of late return of the vehicle, a fee will be charged according to the valid price list.
7. Cancellation policy
7.1 Cancellation of a reservation is possible:
- more than 96 hours before the start of the rental period: cancellation fee of CZK 5,000 excluding VAT,
- less than 96 hours: 80% of the reservation price,
- after the agreed start of the rental period: 100% of the price (no refund).
7.2 For specific types of vehicles (e.g., convertibles, luxury cars, scooters, etc.), stricter cancellation conditions may apply according to individual agreements.
8. Insurance and liability
8.1 All vehicles have statutory motor vehicle liability insurance.

8.3 The insurance does not cover damage caused by violation of these terms and conditions, driving under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, intentional damage, participation in races, or failure to comply with traffic regulations.
9. Protection of personal data
9.1 The Lessee agrees to the processing of personal data for the purpose of concluding and performing the lease agreement.

10. Final provisions
10.1 These general terms and conditions are valid from May 9, 2025.
10.2 All legal relations between the Lessor and the Lessee shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
10.3 Disputes may be resolved out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
